It depends on the geometry and the quantity. We give you a written timeline with the quotation rather than a general promise on a web page.
Who reviews my drawing?
Production engineers at the plant in Changsha. Messages sent on WhatsApp or by email reach them directly.
What if my part cannot be made in carbide?
We will tell you. Some geometries and some load cases are better served by steel and saying so is more useful than taking the order.
Can I visit the factory?
