The usable thickness range is 0.65 mm to 2.5 mm and custom thicknesses are quoted case by case. Colour is matched to a Pantone number or to a swatch you post to us, and one dye lot is reserved for the whole order. Sampling runs 3 to 7 days; the production window is 7 to 15 days from approval.

How It Compares
Knitted elastic is softer and cheaper but narrows more when stretched. Woven elastic holds its width, which matters where the tape runs through a channel or a buckle.
