Weiye Webbing Ltd was established in 1996 in Foshan, Guangdong, one of the oldest textile manufacturing bases in southern China. We make one thing: narrow woven fabric. Polyester, cotton, polypropylene, jacquard, elastic, cord and the head and tail bands that finish a hardcover book.

Over more than twenty-five years the mill has accumulated the part of this trade that is not written down anywhere: which yarn lot behaves under which dye, how much tension a 20 mm polypropylene tape will take before the selvedge starts to wander, how long a jacquard plate really needs before the pattern holds. That knowledge sits with the same people who quote your order, which is why a technical question does not have to travel through three departments to reach an answer.
From Yarn Selection to Process Control
We take responsibility for the whole chain inside the factory: material selection, process design, weaving, colour control and packing. Strength, durability and appearance are not three separate conversations here. A webbing that holds its rated load but yellows in storage has still failed, and we treat it that way.
Production and Sales in One Team
Administration, production planning and export sales work as a single group rather than as a factory with a trading office bolted on. It keeps pricing competitive because nobody is adding a margin twice, and it keeps answers honest because the person quoting your delivery date is the person who has to hit it.
Where Our Webbing Goes
Our straps are applied across outdoor gear, safety and protective equipment, automotive interiors and fashion packaging, alongside the bookbinding trade that has used our head and tail bands for years. We continue to widen that range rather than chase volume in one segment.

A long-term narrow fabric partner, not a quotation machine. That means telling you when a colour will be difficult before you commit to it, flagging a yarn price movement while you can still plan around it, and keeping your jacquard plate on file so the second order looks exactly like the first.

Company age, catalogue size, thickness range and lead times come from our own records and specification sheet. We publish no capacity, headcount or export country numbers because we have no documented figure to publish.

What is your minimum order quantity
1000 metres per colour and width on standard production, and some items run from 100 metres. The figure depends on the construction, so ask about what you actually need rather than assuming.
How long do samples take
3 to 7 days for samples. Production is 7 to 15 days once the sample and the colour are approved.
What thickness and width can you weave
Thickness from 0.65 mm to 2.5 mm, or custom. Width is made to your request rather than picked from a standard range.
Can you match a specific colour
Yes, to a Pantone number or to a physical swatch you post to us. We send a woven sample for written approval before the bulk dye lot is committed, and we reserve one dye lot for the whole order.
Can you weave or print our logo on the webbing
Both. A computer jacquard plate weaves the logo into the tape so it cannot peel. Screen printing after weaving is generally cheaper for short runs and text heavy artwork.
