Getting a logo into a strap is less about the loom and more about what happens before it. Artwork gets converted, a plate gets cut, the loom gets threaded and adjusted, and only then does the first good metre appear. Handled properly that sequence happens once and every repeat order after it is straightforward.
How It Actually Runs
Artwork Review
You send vector artwork and the finished tape width. We tell you before any tooling is paid for whether the detail will hold at that width, because fine serif text thickens as it weaves.
Pitch and Layout
We set the pattern repeat against your finished cut length so the logo lands centred on every piece instead of wherever the roll falls.
Plate Making
The plate is cut for your pattern. This is the step that takes the time on a first order and the step you never pay for twice.
Threading and Adjustment
The loom is threaded and adjusted for your pattern. Jacquard runs at lower efficiency than plain weave for exactly this reason.
Strike-Off and Approval
A woven sample goes to you for written approval. Approving a woven strike-off rather than a screen image is what prevents arguments later.
Production and Archive
The run is woven, inspected and packed, and the plate is filed against your order reference so the next order matches this one.

It depends on the width and the yarn count. Send the artwork and the intended width together and we will tell you what will hold and what will thicken before you pay for a plate.
Do I pay for the plate again on a repeat order
No. The plate is archived under your order reference. Quote that reference and the pattern matches the first run.
Why does a first jacquard order take longer
Plate making, threading and machine adjustment all happen before the first good metre. The trade-off is a very wide range of achievable designs that a plain loom cannot produce.
