Most of what leaves this factory is made to somebody else's drawing under somebody else's name. That is normal here, not an exception we make. What follows is how an OEM order actually runs, from the first enquiry to the shipping documents.
How It Actually Runs
Specification
Width, thickness between 0.65 mm and 2.5 mm, fibre, colour reference and any branding. If you have a drawing we work to it; if you have a sample we work from that.
Quotation
Price, minimum quantity and delivery date quoted together. A price without a date is not much use to a production planner.
Sampling
Samples in 3 to 7 days. Colour, hand and any woven or printed branding all get approved on real material.
Production
7 to 15 days once samples are approved, with the dye lot reserved for the whole quantity.
Inspection and Testing
Dimension and shade checked roll by roll. SGS testing arranged on request before the goods leave.
Packing and Shipping
50 yards per roll and 30 rolls per carton as standard, or to your own packing list. EXW, FOB or CIF, with payment by T/T, Western Union or PayPal.

Ranges This Applies To
Polyester Webbing
Dimensionally stable polyester tape for straps that must hold their shape, their colour and their rated load outdoors.
Polypropylene Webbing
The lightest webbing in common use, dope dyed for colour that cannot wash out and priced for high volume assembly.
Jacquard Webbing
Your logo woven into the strap itself on computer jacquard looms, so the branding cannot peel, crack or wash off.
Cotton Webbing
Ring spun cotton tape with a soft matt face, specified by yarn count so the hand you approve is the hand you receive.

What is your minimum order quantity
1000 metres per colour and width on standard production. Some items run from 100 metres. Ask about the specific construction you need rather than assuming either figure.
What payment and shipping terms do you work on
Payment by T/T, Western Union or PayPal. Shipping on EXW, FOB or CIF terms depending on what suits your freight arrangements.
Can you pack to our own carton specification
Yes. Standard is 50 yards per roll and 30 rolls per carton, and some items run 500 yards per roll, but we pack to your list when you have one.
How long from approved sample to shipment
Production runs 7 to 15 days after sample approval. Air freight has been arranged inside that window before when a customer's schedule demanded it.
