Chassis and power supply buying goes wrong in predictable places: clearance figures nobody published, steel gauge that quietly drops on the repeat order, carton dimensions that wreck a container plan, and peak wattage printed where rated wattage should be. Every page on this site publishes those figures so the argument happens before the purchase order rather than after the shipment.
A build fails on the line because the graphics card is 8 mm too long. Every chassis page here lists card clearance, cooler height and maximum power supply length.
The sample is 0.5 mm and the bulk run is 0.4 mm. Grade and thickness are named on every product page and recorded on the sample sheet.
Freight on chassis is charged on volume. Carton dimensions and gross and net weight are published so the container can be planned before the order.
Every power supply lists rated power and peak power as separate rows, with per-rail load, regulation and ripple below them.
Cases, power supplies and cooling parts come from one order, one packing list and one booking.
Die and mould work runs inside the group, so a new bezel or I/O cut-out is a tooling item rather than a subcontract.
Manufacturing and exporting since 2012 from two ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified joint venture plants in Dongguan, with die and mould work inside the group, CE EMC and LVD certificates on the case and power supply lines, and a catalogue wide enough to fill a container from one order.
These are the three operations that decide whether a chassis order goes well: the press shop that sets the steel gauge, the tool room that makes an OEM bezel possible, and the line that assembles and checks the finished unit.

Four programmes covering the routes buyers take through this catalogue, each one broken down stage by stage with the problem each stage exists to solve.

Ulike Technology manufactures and exports through two joint venture plants in Dongguan covering a combined 600,000 square metres, both certified to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004. Die and mould work runs inside the group, which is what makes bezel and I/O tooling changes possible rather than subcontracted.
It varies by model, colour and packing option, so publishing one figure would be wrong for most enquiries. Send the model numbers and target quantities on WhatsApp and you will get the MOQ and the price in writing.
Yes. That is the most common OEM request and it is handled as a tooling item on an existing chassis rather than a new design programme. Send a drawing or a photograph of the reference part to start.
Every chassis page on this site lists graphics card clearance, CPU cooler height clearance, maximum power supply length, carton dimensions and gross and net weight. Those are the figures that decide whether a build fits and what a container costs.
The joint venture plants are certified to ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004. CE EMC and CE LVD certificates are held for the computer case line and for the ATX and Micro ATX power supply lines, and the certificate images are shown on the About page. The company also states CE, UL, CCC, FCC and 80 PLUS approvals across its product range.
Yes, on one order, one packing list and one container booking. Filling a mixed container from a single supplier is the main reason distributors work with us.
More than 50 countries. Tell us your destination port and we will confirm what we already ship there and calculate the load plan from the published carton data.
You will get pricing, MOQ, lead time and a container load plan calculated from the published carton data. One reply, in writing, from the engineer who will run the order.
