A Venue Machine Is Not a Home Machine
A home gaming PC runs a few hours a day and is opened once a year. A venue machine runs for twelve to sixteen hours a day, is opened for cleaning and upgrades constantly, and sits next to fifty identical machines whose combined power draw appears on one electricity bill. Those three differences change the chassis and power specification more than the game titles do.
Airflow Under Sustained Load
Thermal performance that is adequate for a three hour session is not necessarily adequate for a fourteen hour day. Read the fan mount map rather than the marketing description, and prefer chassis with defined front intake, rear exhaust and top exhaust positions. Serviceability Is a Running Cost
Every minute spent opening a chassis is multiplied by the number of seats on the floor. Panel fixing method, cable routing space and drive bay access are what decide how long a routine clean or an upgrade takes. A chassis that is awkward to open is a recurring labour cost, not a one-off annoyance.
Power Supply Efficiency Across a Floor
Efficiency on one machine is a rounding error. Efficiency across a hundred machines running fourteen hours a day is a line on the monthly accounts. This is the one application where an efficiency-rated supply is straightforwardly justified on arithmetic rather than on preference.

Visual Consistency Across the Fleet
Lighting that varies across a floor reads to customers as broken machines rather than as variety. Source the chassis and the lighting parts together, on one order, so that the whole floor matches and so that spare stock matches the machines it will be fitted to.
Plan Spares With the Main Order
A venue cannot wait six weeks for a replacement chassis or supply. Agree spare quantities and ship them in the same container as the main order. It costs almost nothing on the freight and removes the failure mode that actually takes seats out of service.
