Most Lighting Complaints Come From Four Places

  • Water gets in through the cable entry, the lens fogs and the lamp is scrap after a season of pressure washing
  • Halogen lamps fail under mast and chassis vibration and pull current a small alternator cannot spare
  • A flood lamp is fitted where a spot was needed, so the operator gets a bright patch and a dark working edge
  • Uncertified auxiliary lighting fails an EMC or road inspection on machines that also use public roads
  • Sealed housings rated IP67 IP68 or IP69 depending on model, with the rating printed on every product page
  • Die-cast aluminium bodies, PC lenses and stainless brackets tested on a vibration rig and in a salt spray chamber
  • Beam pattern stated for every model so flood spot combo and driving optics can be matched to the job
  • EMC and ECE R10 approvals listed where a model carries them, so the specification can be checked before purchase

Questions Buyers Ask Before the First Order

What does SUNLITEC actually manufacture

Vehicle LED lighting: work lights, driving lights, light bars, laser driving lights, search lights, forklift safety lights and the brackets that mount them. The site lists more than 30 series and 200 models.

Can I order samples before a bulk order

Yes. Sample orders are welcome and mixed samples of several models can travel in one parcel, normally despatched in 3 to 7 working days.

Do you supply under our own brand

Yes. OEM and ODM service covers a private label logo on the housing and printed cartons.

Which certifications do the products hold

The company is certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system and products are CE and RoHS compliant. Individual models list further approvals such as EMC and ECE R10 on their own pages.

How long does shipping take

Samples usually go by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT in about 4 to 7 days. Bulk orders ship by air in about 7 to 15 days or by sea in about 15 to 30 days.

Which voltage systems are supported

Most lamps state a 9 to 32V or 10 to 30V input so one part number covers 12V and 24V machines. Forklift models extend to 48V and 80V systems.
