What This Route Is For
SUNLITEC has been developing vehicle lighting in Foshan since 2010 and the site states ODM lighting solutions for various machines as a standing service. Most projects do not need a new tool. They need an existing housing matched to a different beam, a different connector, a different voltage window or your own branding, then held stable across repeat orders.
Every Step and the Problem It Removes

Problem: The machine builder knows the mounting point and the working area but not which lamp family fits
How we handle it: Start from the mounting surface, the voltage system and the area that has to be lit, then shortlist housings already in the range - Specification
Problem: Beam, colour temperature, connector and cable length are decided too late and force a change after sampling
How we handle it: Fix beam pattern, colour temperature, cable length and connector type in writing before the first sample is built - Sampling
Problem: A sample that arrives weeks later stalls the whole project
How we handle it: Sample orders normally ship in 3 to 7 working days, and mixed samples of several candidates can travel together - Trial Fitting
Problem: A lamp that passes on the bench fouls a guard or vibrates loose on the machine
How we handle it: Fit the sample on the real machine and confirm bracket clearance and aim before tooling anything - Branding
Problem: A distributor cannot sell a lamp that carries someone else logo
How we handle it: OEM and ODM service covers a private label logo on the housing and printed cartons - Production
Problem: The second order does not match the first
How we handle it: Production runs against the agreed specification sheet so replacement units match units already in the field - Delivery
Problem: Air freight cost eats the margin on a bulky lamp
How we handle it: Air freight runs about 7 to 15 days and sea freight about 15 to 30 days, so the mix is planned per order

Do you charge for a new tool on every project
Most projects reuse a housing already in production and change the optic, connector, cable or branding. That avoids tooling entirely.
What do you need from us to start
The machine, the mounting point, the voltage system, the area that must be lit and any approval the market requires.
Can we test more than one candidate
Yes. Mixed samples of several models can ship in one parcel so a trial fitting compares them on the same machine.
How is the specification kept stable across reorders
The agreed specification sheet defines the build. Repeat orders quote the same part number so the units match what is already in service.
Can you print our brand on the carton
Yes. Private label covers the housing marking and the printed carton.
