Every opening on the general arrangement needs a door or a window with the right rating, the right hand and the right cut-out, and every one of them holds up the block it sits in. We take the package off your drawings, issue sample drawings for approval, and deliver it as one shipment.
Four steps from enquiry to loaded container
Send the GA and fire control plan
We take off the door and window schedule: position, opening size, hand, and the A60, A30, B15, B0 or C rating each opening requires.
Sample drawings issued for approval
Nominal size, frame size and cut-out confirmed in writing against each opening before production begins.
Materials added to the same order
Marine steel plate and ABS Grade A angle in 6mm to 12mm, supplied with the cutting operation done, plus electrodes and anodes.
Tested, palletised and loaded
Every door, window, scuttle and hatch cover tested for watertight or weathertight capacity, packed on nude pallets and loaded by our own packing team.
