Who are you?
Hangzhou Star Marine Technology Co., Ltd is a marine equipment supplier and exporter, and a solution provider for new shipbuilding and ship repair materials and outfittings, based in mainland China.
What can you do for my vessel?
We have a professional design team to help solve problems on your vessel. Rather than quoting a single item, we can recommend a set of solutions for the vessel to choose from.
How do you ensure quality?
Every piece of equipment is tested before it leaves our factory. We can show you the video and the testing report. If the item goes for classification society survey, the product certificate is issued showing the testing result and the approval.
What certificates do you have?
Our products can be issued with ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, GL, LR and RINA certificates. BV and CCS are the most commonly used and the most widely accepted worldwide. Every product can apply for the certificate you name.
How is international delivery kept secure?
Every cargo is packed with appropriate packaging for what it is: wooden case, carton, nude pallet or bag. We have our own professional packing workers and forklifts to load and fix the cargo in the container or on the aircraft, which is what protects it in transit.
What warranty do the products carry?
One year. When the cargo arrives at your vessel we keep providing service, including installation instructions and spare parts for repairs later in service. We will be there whenever you have a problem.
Can products be customised?
Yes, and most orders are. Deck machinery is designed against the type and weight of your vessel, valves and windows are made to your sizes, compressors to your flow and pressure, and separators to your capacity.
How do I get a quotation?
Send the item and the vessel particulars by WhatsApp or email. For deck machinery send chain diameter and vessel displacement; for valves the size, medium and operation type; for compressors the flow and pressure; for doors and windows the opening sizes and ratings.
