Documentation and certificates
We do not publish certificates as open downloads, because a product certificate is issued against a specific product on a specific order and a generic copy would tell you nothing. Ask for the document you need and we will send the one that covers your item.
Product certificate
ABS, BV, CCS, DNV, GL, LR or RINA, issued against the specific product on your order once the society is named.
Factory test report
The testing result recorded when the equipment was function tested before dispatch.
Factory test video
Video of the equipment running at the factory acceptance test, supplied before shipment.
Sample drawing
For windows, side scuttles and hatch covers, issued against your nominal size before production starts.
Windlass arrangement drawing
Deck machinery general arrangement against your vessel data, issued before production.
Specification sheet
Confirmed specification for the item you are quoting, with materials, sizes and options.
Ship inspection certificate
For marine steel plate and angle, issued by the classification society and charged by tonne.
Packing and loading photographs
Photographs of the packed cargo and the container loading before the container is sealed.
What to tell us when you ask
- The product name or the order reference the document should cover
- The classification society, if the document is a class certificate
- The vessel or project name, so the document is issued against the right end user
- Whether you need it before shipment, before payment, or for the survey
Name the society with your enquiry rather than after production starts. It costs nothing at the quotation stage and removes a survey scheduling problem later.
