The most common way an anchoring package goes wrong is that it was bought in four orders from four suppliers. The chain arrives in U2 when the windlass was sized for U3, the kenter shackle does not match the cable, the chain stopper suits 40mm and the chain is 44mm. Quoting the whole set together removes that class of problem entirely.
