Scope and specification review
We read the FF&E schedule, the drawing set and the brand standard together, and we list what is actually buildable, what needs a substitution and what is missing.

Each category goes to a factory chosen for that category, not to whichever supplier is already in the room. Capacity, cost structure and project experience differ sharply between manufacturers.

Quotation and value engineering
Where a specification drives cost without serving the design, we put an alternative on the table with the compliance position attached.

Sampling and approval
Pre-production samples are checked against the drawing and the approved finish before mass materials are released.

Is this available on its own or only as part of a full package?
It can be run on its own, though most projects take it as part of the full sourcing programme so that the inspection and delivery stages connect to the same supplier relationship.
How early should we involve you?
At specification stage. The cheapest quality and cost decisions are made during drawing review, before anything is tooled or released to production.
How do you report progress?
Through the inspection record at each gate, with photographs and measurements taken at the factory as the production run proceeds.
What does it cost?
It is quoted per project, because the scope depends on the number of categories, the number of factories and the duration of the production programme.
