Are you IATF 16949 certified?
No. We hold ISO 9001, obtained in 2009. If your programme requires IATF certification we will tell you at the enquiry stage rather than after you have invested in qualification.
Can you manage heat treatment and plating?
Yes, both are subcontracted to local processors, managed by us, with certificates travelling with the shipment and re-inspection on return.
What traceability do you provide?
Material lot, production lot and inspection records against the part number, retained so a field claim can be traced back to a specific shipment.
Will you commit to a delivery schedule?
For scheduled programmes we hold material against your forecast. We would rather agree a schedule we can keep than accept one we cannot.
How do you handle a tolerance we are not sure you can hold?
We say so during the enquiry. A feasibility comment before the order is cheaper for both sides than a rejection report afterwards.
