Do you offer private label?
Yes. The factory has answered yes to OEM and private label work from the beginning: products are customised to your design and can carry your brand on the marking and the packaging.
Can you hold stock for us?
Against an agreed forecast, yes. Material is normally held first; finished stock is possible where the call-off pattern justifies it and is agreed in writing.
How is pricing handled over a programme?
Price is set for the programme period against a forecast volume. If material costs move significantly we raise it with you rather than surprising you on an invoice.
What marking methods are available?
Laser or stamp marking depending on the part and the available flat area. Position and content are agreed during setup and become part of the approved drawing.
Who is our contact once the programme runs?
The same person who quoted it. You deal with the plant directly rather than through a trading company.
