Can you supply material certificates?
Yes, where the drawing or your quality system requires them. Ask at quotation so the material is bought with the certificate rather than sourced from stock without one.
Do you machine SUS316L?
Regularly. It is the grade recorded for several current production parts and it is the one we recommend wherever chlorides or cleaning chemicals are involved.
Is passivation available?
Through a qualified local processor, managed by us, with the certificate included in the shipment.
How do you handle burrs in small bores?
Cross holes and bores are deburred and washed as a defined step, and the check is part of the packing inspection rather than an afterthought.
Are you certified to ISO 13485?
No. The certification we hold is ISO 9001, obtained in 2009. We would rather say that plainly than imply a medical device certification we do not have.
