Overview
Stamp pressed aluminium hemispheres are light and take powder coating well, which is why they end up in lampshade designs. There are no visible seams on the surface.
Hand assembled aluminium hemispheres remove the mould limit. Our technicians calculate the sheet development, workers bend the leaf shapes and weld a complete hemisphere, then grind off welds and burrs. Any size can be made from ∅200mm upward.
Production Methods
The forming route decides the size range, the wall thickness and whether the seam ever shows.
Stamping press
Aluminium sheet is shaped by deforming it with a mould. Light weight with powder coating for lampshade designs.

Assembling
