VX3300 Fixed Under Vehicle Surveillance System
The VX3300 is the fixed installation version, with a line-scan CCD camera at 5000 x 2048 pixels behind a 150 W LED illuminator, driven by a dedicated Grantech system host and a 22-inch 1920 x 1080 monitor. It scans while the vehicle moves, and its induction coil inputs trigger the capture automatically rather than needing an operator.

Key benefits
- 5000 x 2048 pixel line-scan CCD camera with 150 W LED illumination
- Scans during the vehicle's manoeuvre without stopping it
- Two induction coil channels triggering capture automatically
- Undercarriage images stored, retrieved, searched and compared
- 22-inch 1920 x 1080 operator monitor with a dedicated system host
Problems it solves
- Manual undercarriage inspection is slow and inconsistent
- Mirror checks record nothing for later review
- Manpower costs rise with the number of vehicles inspected
- Concealed persons beneath a vehicle are easily missed
Who it is for
- Sites with a permanent vehicle checkpoint
- Operators needing the highest undercarriage image detail
- Facilities that must reduce manual inspection manpower
Application scenarios
- Permanent vehicle entry points at secure sites
- Identifying threats, contraband or persons concealed beneath vehicles
- Sites managing several entrances from one system
- Facilities integrating plate recognition and RFID
Technical features
- Auto digital line scan imaging
- Multi-entrance management with statistics of entering and exiting vehicles
- Image processing: enlarge, stretch and cut
- Optional ALPR automatic licence plate recognition and RFID
- Controller with RS485 and optional Ethernet
