Buying security equipment from abroad is mostly a documentation and support problem. The machine usually works; what goes wrong is the specification that did not match the site, the approval nobody checked, or the spare part that took three months.
Stage by stage, and what usually goes wrong at each
Specification
Enquiries arrive as a product category, which is not enough to quote against.
We ask for dimensions, throughput, environment and what you need to exclude, and we tell you when a cheaper model covers it.
Honest Comparison
Typical and guaranteed performance figures are quoted interchangeably, and the difference only appears in a contract dispute.
Where a model publishes both, such as the VKX 6040, we quote the guaranteed figure for your contract and label the typical one as typical.
Documentation
Certification claims in marketing copy are not the same as certificates.
We request the actual documents from the factory for your market before you order, and say clearly when a claim cannot be evidenced.
New or Refurbished
Budgets and lead times do not always allow new equipment.
We supply both new and refurbished X-ray machines and walk-through detectors, and rental or leasing for short and long term needs.
Logistics
Unit weight, packed dimensions and floor loading are discovered on delivery day.
Packed sizes and gross weights are confirmed at quotation, and access is checked against your building drawing.
Commissioning
Equipment arrives set to factory defaults and is configured by whoever happens to be there.
Configuration is agreed in advance and settings locked where the model supports it.
Training
Operators learn the equipment by using it, which is how bad habits become procedure.
Training aids, testing aids and support equipment are supplied with the order, and TIP-capable models are specified where competence must be assessed.
Aftercare
A spare part sourced only after a failure means weeks of downtime.
A recommended spares list goes out with the order, and field service technicians cover emergency repairs and routine maintenance on all brands of equipment.

Dimensions of the largest item or opening, throughput, the environment it sits in, and what you need the equipment to ignore. That is usually enough to name a model.

How do we get the certification documents
Ask us on WhatsApp with your destination market. We request the current documents from the factory rather than repeating what the datasheet claims.

It depends on configuration and destination. Send your requirement and we will give you a schedule rather than a range.
