Why is there no contact form on this site
Because forms lose enquiries and slow answers down. WhatsApp and email both reach an engineer directly, and the reply quotes what you originally wrote.
What should we include in a first enquiry
The item or opening dimensions, the throughput, the environment, and what the equipment needs to ignore. With those four we can usually name a model in the first reply.
What are your working hours
Mon to Sat, 09:00-18:00 China Standard Time (GMT+8). WhatsApp messages outside those hours are answered the next working morning.
Do you quote in USD
Tell us your preferred currency and destination port with your enquiry and we will quote accordingly.
Can you send certificates before we order
Yes. Tell us the model and your destination market and we will request the current documents from the factory.
Send us the four figures
Dimensions, throughput, environment, and what the equipment must ignore. That is usually enough for us to name a model in the first reply.
