AVG-FX-S Food X-Ray System with Auto Reject
The AVG-FX-S is the model to specify when the X-ray point is a documented Critical Control Point. Contaminated packs are removed automatically by flap arm, pneumatic pusher or air-blast into a lockable key-access bin, and every reject is logged with image, timestamp and operator ID, which is the record a HACCP audit actually asks for.

Key benefits
- Every reject logged with image, timestamp and operator ID for audit
- Choice of flap arm, pneumatic pusher or air-blast rejector per product
- Lockable key-access reject bin prevents tampering and recontamination
- Reject pulse synchronised with sub-second precision at line speed
- Documented Critical Control Point for food-safety audits
Problems it solves
- An alarm-only detector leaves removal to an operator who may miss it
- Auditors need proof of what was rejected and when, not just that an alarm sounded
- Rejected packs returning to the line undo the whole control point
- One rejector type does not suit every pack shape and weight
Who it is for
- Food safety managers who must evidence a CCP at audit
- Processors whose retailer specification requires automatic rejection
- Line engineers matching a rejector type to an awkward pack format
Application scenarios
- HACCP-mandated critical control point lines
- CCP food-safety audit environments
- High-speed lines requiring automatic rejection rather than manual removal
- Packaged food, confectionery and processed goods inspection

Quality control
- Reject events logged with image, timestamp and operator ID for HACCP and CCP traceability
Customisation options
- Rejector chosen per product and line: flap arm, pneumatic pusher or air-blast
- Tunnel width 400 or 600 mm
- 15-inch or 19-inch display
Compared with other models in the range
The AVG-FX-400 detects and alarms; the AVG-FX-S adds the rejector, the sealed bin and the audit log. If the line is a CCP under HACCP, the difference between the two models is the difference between passing and failing that part of the audit.
Use guide
- Select the rejector type against pack shape, weight and line speed
- Time the reject pulse to the belt speed at commissioning
- Lock the reject bin and control key access as part of the CCP procedure
- Confirm log entries capture image, time and operator ID before go-live
- Export the log at the interval required by your audit schedule
