AVG-FX-Mini Compact Food X-Ray Inspection System
The AVG-FX-Mini puts X-ray inspection on a QC bench instead of a production line. It needs under 1.0 square metre of bench area and a standard AC outlet, but runs the same AI detection algorithm as the production-line models, so a result from the lab matches what the line will see. Minimum ferrous detection is 0.3 mm or better through a 250 x 100 mm tunnel.

The AVG-FX-400 is the line version of the same platform at 400 x 150 mm tunnel and 60 m/min. The Mini trades belt width and speed for a bench footprint and an ordinary socket, while keeping the same detection algorithm so results carry across.
Use guide
- Place on a QC bench with at least 1.0 square metre clear and plug into AC 220 V
- Set the tube between 60 and 80 kV for the product density
- Run belt speed between 5 and 30 m/min to match how the sample is presented
- Switch to R&D mode for high-resolution capture during development work
