Is CAT5e still appropriate for new installations?

For gigabit desk and device patching, yes. If the switch port is multi-gig or the site plans a 10 Gb refresh, use CAT6 cords instead.

What is the difference between your copper and CCA cords?

Conductor material. Bare copper has lower resistance, which matters for PoE and long cords. CCA is lighter and cheaper and is supplied only where it has been specified.

Do you print custom labels on the cords?

Bag printing, header cards and labels are available on OEM orders. Cable jacket printing is available from the OEM minimum.
