OEM & Private Label Cable

Private label cable only works if the branding is where the buyer looks. A sticker on a box falls off in a van; print on the jacket is still readable when an electrician pulls the last ten metres off the drum two years later.

Specification

You send the specification or pick from the current range. We confirm conductor, screen, jacket and colour against the line before quoting.

Getting the spec wrong at this stage is the expensive mistake — everything downstream inherits it.

Print artwork

Jacket print text is set: brand name, specification, rating, and a sequential length marker if you want one.

Print text is proofed on a short length before the production run starts.

Sample approval

A sample reel is produced and shipped for approval before bulk production is scheduled.

The approved sample becomes the reference the production lot is checked against.

Production

The approved specification runs on the same line and the same formulation as the sample.

Bulk runs are typically 3-7 working days from confirmation.

Packaging

Box artwork, reel labels and bagging are produced to your design. Packaging design support is included.

Retail-ready packs and channel packs are both handled here.

Documentation

CE and RoHS certificates, packing list and test records are issued with the shipment.

Everything your own customer's compliance file will need.

1 km per specification. Below that we ship with neutral jacket print and put your branding on the box and reel label.
