Our Story

One Product Family, Two Decades

The company started in 2003 with a single network cable production line in Guangdong. It has stayed in the same product family ever since — low-voltage copper cable — rather than chasing whatever was selling that year.

Today the range runs from CAT5e through CAT7 networking cable, single and multi-core electrical wire, fire alarm and security cable, speaker cable, multi-pair telecom cable and pre-terminated patch cords. All of it is made in the same facility, on equipment we own, by people who have run these lines for years.

We are not the cheapest supplier and we are not the largest. What we offer is a factory that answers the phone, states what the conductor actually is, and ships the same specification on the second order as on the first.

End-To-End, From Copper Rod To Packed Reel

Copper Drawing & Stranding

We start from 8 mm copper rod, draw it down through multiple dies, then strand cores together at a controlled lay length.

Insulation & Jacket Extrusion

PE, PVC, HDPE, FEP and LSZH at controlled thickness on high-speed extruders, covering diameters from 0.4 mm patch cords up to 25 mm power cables.

Pair Twisting

Category-spec twisting with controlled lay length for return loss compliance — the step that decides whether a LAN cable passes or fails.

Shielding

Aluminium foil plus tinned copper braid for FTP and SFTP variants, with spec-matched coverage for crosstalk performance.

In-house QC & Fluke Testing

Every patch cord lot is Fluke channel certified. Bulk cable is tested for continuity, conductor resistance and dielectric strength.

OEM Branding

Your logo printed directly onto the cable jacket from 1 km, plus custom box artwork and reel labels.
