Materials and Construction
The module is a moulded plastic housing with a multi pin connector and a supplied vehicle specific wire harness, rated for DC 12V operation from minus 20 to 80 degrees Celsius.

How It Is Made
Manufactured at our Guangzhou facility. Specification is fixed first, a physical sample is built and approved, components are sourced against the approved sample, the unit is assembled and sealed, then function checked and packed. Production is carried out strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 standard.

Installation and Use Guide
The fitting sequence for this module. Work through it in order and test before refitting the trim.
- 01
Confirm the vehicle
Confirm the model is a Corolla, Levin or Camry and that the door mirrors are the powered folding type.
- 02
Access the door harness
Remove the driver door card and locate the mirror motor connector and the central locking signal line.
- 03
Fit the module harness
Connect the supplied harness inline with the mirror motor connector and pick up ACC and the locking signal, both above 9V.
- 04
Mount the module
Secure the module inside the door card or the kick panel, away from moisture and the window mechanism.
- 05
Test folding
Switch the ignition off and confirm both mirrors fold in without hesitation or noise.
- 06
Test unfolding
With the car still off, press unlock and confirm both mirrors open fully to their driving position.
