The Factory
A high-tech enterprise engaged in car electronic products, specialising in developing and manufacturing vehicle backup camera systems since 2005, covering vehicle cameras, displays and dash cameras.
The Standard
Production is carried out strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 standard, which means a defined process for what is built, how a fault report is handled and what record exists of each run.
The Network
Overseas and domestic sales and service networks, with products exported to Europe, America, Southeast Asia and most of the Middle East countries.
Quality Control
How a Unit Is Checked Before It Leaves

Specification and Sample Approval
The specification fixes housing, lens, cable, connector, labelling and packaging. A physical sample is built and approved before production. The approved sample becomes the reference every later check is made against.

Incoming Component Check
Sensor, lens assembly, housing, gasket, cable and connector are checked against the approved specification on receipt.
- 03
Assembly and Sealing
Units are assembled with the gasket compressed and the cable gland made off. On sealed housings this stage determines the eventual ingress performance more than the housing material does.

Function and Image Check
Every unit is checked for power up and image output, plus infrared or assist lamp operation where the model has them.
- 05
Final Visual and Packing Check
Housing finish, labelling and accessory count are checked against the approved sample before the unit goes into its box and carton.

Certificates apply to specific models and specific test reports. Before shipping, ask for the certificate covering the exact model you have ordered rather than a general company document, and check what your destination market actually requires. Export
Markets and Logistics
Sea shipments load at Shenzhen or Guangzhou. Express, air and land freight are also available. Payment is by T/T. Carton packing is standard, with retail boxes and inner packing where the order calls for them.
Transparency
What This Page Does Not Claim
Plenty of supplier websites carry production figures, staff counts, factory floor areas and customer testimonials that nobody can check. This page carries none of those, because the company has not published them and we are not going to invent them.
What we will do instead is answer specifics directly. Ask for the certificate covering the model you are ordering, ask for a dimensioned drawing, ask for the current lead time on a quantity, or ask for a sample. Those are all things we can put in writing against a real order, and they tell you far more about a supplier than a number on a homepage.

Trust and Verification Questions
Can I see the ISO9001 and product certificates?
Yes. Ask for the certificate covering the exact model you are ordering and we will send it. General company documents are less useful to you than the certificate tied to the model and test report.
Do you have factory photographs and a production video?
Factory photography and production video have not been published on this site. If you need them for a supplier assessment, ask and we will arrange what we can provide for your specific enquiry.
Can I visit the factory?
Ask through WhatsApp or email with your dates and the products you are interested in, and we will confirm what is possible.
What happens if a unit fails in the field?
Send the model, the batch and a description or photograph of the fault to the same contact who handled the order. Fault reports are handled with the engineering team, not through a separate returns desk.
How do I confirm a specification before ordering?
Send the model and your application. We will confirm the specification in writing with the quotation, and a physical sample can be shipped for approval before any production order.
