What to Include So the Reply Is Useful
A message with these four things in it usually gets a complete quotation back in one round instead of three.
The Vehicle
Vehicle type, model and year where it matters. A photo of the rear panel, the flank or the dash is worth more than a paragraph of description.
The Views
How many camera views the driver needs live, and which positions they are: rear, near side, off side, interior or cargo.
The Head End
Whether you need a monitor from us or already have one. If you have one, the model number and a photo of its input side.
The Order
Quantity, destination market and whether you need your own branding on the product, the manual or the retail box.

Contact Questions
Why is there no enquiry form on the site?
Because forms lose messages and slow the reply down. WhatsApp and email both reach the same people directly, and both let you attach a photo of the vehicle, which is usually what the answer depends on.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Messages are answered during working hours, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Friday, China Standard Time. Messages sent outside those hours are answered on the next working day.
Can I send photos and drawings?
Yes, and please do. A photo of the mounting position or the input side of your existing monitor answers more questions than a written description. WhatsApp is the easiest route for photos, email for CAD and artwork files.
Do you handle after sales and fault reports here?
Yes. Send the model, the batch and a photograph of the fault to the same contact who handled the order and it goes to the engineering team.
