OEM and ODM Manufacturing

We provide OEM and ODM service to customers worldwide. That means you can take an existing product from our range and put your own housing colour, cable specification, connector, label, manual and retail box on it, or bring us a specification and have us build to it.

    Requirement Analysis

    You tell us the vehicles, the mounting positions, the target price and the channel. We tell you which existing housings fit and what has to change.

  2. 02

    Design and Specification

    Housing colour, lens angle, cable length, connector type, label artwork and retail packaging are fixed in a written specification.

  3. 03

    Sampling

    A physical sample is built and shipped for approval. Nothing goes to production until the sample is signed off.

  4. 04

    Material Selection

    Housing, lens assembly, cable and connector are sourced against the approved specification.

  5. 05

    Production

    Manufactured at our Guangzhou facility in accordance with the ISO9001 standard.

  6. 06

    Quality Control

    Function and image checks before packing, against the approved sample.

  7. 07

    Packing

    Retail boxes, inner packing and export cartons made up to your artwork.

  8. 08

    Logistics

    Dispatch by express, air, land or sea from Shenzhen or Guangzhou.

    After Sales

    Fault reports handled directly with the engineering team, not through a trading desk.

Can you print our brand on the product and the box?

Yes. Housing labelling, retail box, manual and inner card are all part of the OEM and ODM service. Send artwork or a brief and we will lay it out for approval.

Do you build to our own drawing?

Yes, that is the ODM route. Send the specification or the drawing through WhatsApp or email and we will confirm feasibility and tooling requirement.

How long does sampling take?

It depends on how far the specification sits from an existing product. Send the requirement and we will confirm the sample lead time in writing.

What certificates do the products hold?

The range holds IP68, CE, FCC, RoHS and E-mark certificates, and production is carried out in accordance with the ISO9001 standard.
