If you can draw it we will build it. Custom work runs from a single odd shaped disc to a complete strainer body insert in a size no catalogue carries.

From Enquiry To Delivered Part

Drawing or Sample
Send a drawing over WhatsApp or email, or ship a sample. Both routes are used every week and neither needs a finished CAD package to start.

Material Selection
Stainless steel or low carbon steel for the frame. Wire cloth, perforated metal, expanded metal or filter paper for the medium.
- 03
Welding Process
Line welding, spot welding, laser welding, TIG welding and CO2 shielded arc welding are selected to suit the joint and the material thickness.
- 04
CNC Machining
Precision components of the filter are produced on the CNC machining centre from your samples and drawings.
- 05
Sample First
A customized sample is available before a production run so the fit is proven in the real housing.

What Happens Around The Production
Material Sourcing
Wire cloth and dutch wire cloth are woven in house and held in stock across coarse, medium, fine and ultra fine grades, which removes the longest step in most lead times.
Quality Control
A dedicated quality control department checks the mesh opening for uniformity and the seam welds for damage and correct spacing before the part is packed.
After Sales
An after sales service department handles fitment questions after delivery. Enquiries are answered within 24 hours during working hours.

Custom Fabrication FAQ
How does the custom fabrication start?
Send a drawing over WhatsApp or email, or ship a sample. Both routes are used every week and neither needs a finished CAD package to start.
Do I need a finished CAD drawing?
No. A dimensioned sketch, a photo of the failed part, or a physical sample all work. CAD files are exchanged on request through WhatsApp or email rather than published for download.
Where is Wodong located?
Wodong Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd is at Houzhaoding Industry Zone, Anping County, China. Anping is the wire mesh weaving centre of the country and the reason the raw media is produced in house.
Which countries do you export to?
Products are exported to more than 30 countries and regions including Germany, Australia, the UK, America, France, the Middle East, Korea, Canada, Sweden and Southeast Asia.
Do you supply the mesh on its own or only finished filters?
Both. Woven wire cloth, dutch wire cloth, brass wire mesh, perforated metal and expanded screens are sold as rolls, slices, plate or sheet, and the same materials go into the finished strainers and filters.
