How to Order Strainer Screens and Baskets
A quote moves quickly when the enquiry carries the right four or five numbers. Here is what each product family needs.

T Strainer Screens
Material, then filtration construction and dimension, then filtration precision, then thickness.
That is the whole checklist. Material means 304, 316, mild steel or another alloy. Construction means wire cloth only, simplex perforated, or perforated with a cloth liner.
Temporary Pipeline Strainers
Material, then construction, then the dimensions of the body, ring and handle, then filtration precision, then material thickness.
Construction here means cone, basket or plate. Standard wire mesh grades used are 10, 20, 30, 40, 60, 80 and 100 mesh.
Sanitary Strainer Cores
Perforated hole specification, then wall thickness, then ID, then length.
Standard perforated hole diameters are 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 0.033 inch and 0.050 inch, and mesh runs from 8 mesh to 635 mesh.
When You Have No Numbers
Send the sample or the drawing. All products can be customized from customer drawings or samples, and a customized sample can be produced before the run.
Drawings go over WhatsApp or email. CAD files are shared on request rather than published for download.
