Quality Flow
Where The Part Gets Checked
Material Grade
304, 316, 316L, mild steel, aluminium, nickel, copper and brass are all used. The grade is confirmed against the duty before cutting.
Opening Uniformity
The mesh opening must be uniform across the screen. A screen that passes at one end and fails at the other is not a screen.
Seam Welding
Weld current is controlled so the seam is not damaged, and seam spacing is set against the cylinder diameter so filtration and strength stay in balance.
