Where These Parts Are Used
Boil kettle and mash tun
Kettle tube screens filter hops out at the valve or chiller and replace a false bottom in a mash tun, in 6 inch and 12 inch lengths with a 1 inch diameter.
Grain and hop separation
Grain filter baskets are produced in food grade material in various types, customized from drawings or samples.
Sanitary process lines
Sanitary strainer cores are made in 316 with electropolished surfaces and perforated hole sizes of 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 0.033 inch and 0.050 inch.
Beverage and kitchen hardware
Bowl mesh filters from 2 mesh to 635 mesh are used as teapot filters, water channel filters and liquid filters.

Woven wire cloth, dutch wire cloth and brass mesh are woven on site and perforated sheet is CNC punched on site, so filtration precision is not limited by a supplier.

Can you produce a part when the original number is gone?
Yes. Send the failed part or a photo of it. All products can be customized from customer drawings or samples, so an original part number is useful but not required.

Wodong Wire Mesh Products Co., Ltd is at Houzhaoding Industry Zone, Anping County, China. Anping is the wire mesh weaving centre of the country and the reason the raw media is produced in house.

Do you supply the mesh on its own or only finished filters?
Both. Woven wire cloth, dutch wire cloth, brass wire mesh, perforated metal and expanded screens are sold as rolls, slices, plate or sheet, and the same materials go into the finished strainers and filters.
