Dedusters for Circular Knitting Machines

What This Part Does

Lint released by the yarn settles in the needle tricks, on the sinker ring and around the feeders. Once it packs, needles stick, loops form unevenly, and the lint eventually ends up in the fabric as a fault. A deduster or rotating fan cleaner keeps blowing that fly clear before it settles.

Dedusting is also a fire and housekeeping measure. Fly that is allowed to build up on and around the machine is harder to remove later and spreads to nearby machines.
