CB Magnetics has introduced a thermally conductive compound for use in new projects. The thermal conductivity transformer bobbin shown below is moulded from that kind of material.
Detailed thermal data for a specific compound is issued per project rather than published here, because the figure that matters depends on the wall thickness and the geometry of your part. If heat path through the former is a constraint in your design, send the drawing and the power dissipation and it will be answered directly.
