How It Works
Six Stages From Requirement To Delivery
Demand Review
You give us the monthly tonnage the grade and the delivery points. We check it against our production and loading capacity.
Specification Lock
The chemical limits the pack and the marking are fixed in writing so nothing drifts between shipments.
Production Slot
Your volume is placed in the production plan. Flakes run to a 7 to 10 day window and pearls to a 15 to 20 day window after order confirmation.
Inspection Booking
If you use SGS CIQ or INTERTEK we book the inspection into the same slot rather than after the fact.
Loading Plan
Container count pallet pattern and cut off dates are agreed before the goods leave the warehouse.
Shipment and Review
Documents follow the cargo and we review the next cycle before the current one lands.

If you take a container or more on a repeating basis a schedule is worth building. Send your monthly tonnage and we will tell you what we can commit to.
It can, but we prefer to lock it. If your process changes tell us and we will re issue the specification sheet rather than let it drift quietly.
We hold finished stock in our covered warehouse so that repeat orders load quickly rather than waiting for a fresh production run.
