Production Standard
GB 209-2006 Industrial Grade
Production of industrial grade caustic soda is carried out strictly in accordance with national standard GB 209-2006 specifications. This applies to the pearl the flake and the solid grade alike, which is why the purity and carbonate figures are identical across the range.
Export products are detected by quality inspection agencies including SGS CIQ and INTERTEK. You choose the agency and the point at which the check is carried out and we build it into the production and loading schedule rather than adding it afterwards.

Batch produced to GB 209-2006. Purity carbonate chloride and iron are the controlled parameters.
Appearance and Size
Physical form checked during production. Pearl diameter and flake thickness are measured against the working specification.
Packing
Seal integrity net weight 25.0 kg and gross weight 25.1 kg verified before the pallet is wrapped.
Marking
Product name purity UN 1823 and the class 8 label checked on the bag face.
Third Party Inspection
SGS CIQ or INTERTEK at the point you nominate, booked into the production slot.
Loading
Container stow photographed and squared off before the doors are sealed.
