This policy covers artchems.com and the enquiries we receive through it. The site is a static website. It has no contact form, no account system, no shopping cart and no third party analytics, advertising or session recording scripts.
What We Collect
We collect only what you choose to send us. If you message us on WhatsApp we see your WhatsApp profile name and number and the content of your messages. If you email us we see your email address and the content and attachments of your email. Nothing is collected in the background as you browse this website.
Why We Hold It
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, produce and ship an order and maintain the commercial records that a trading company is required to keep.
Who We Share It With
Only where it is needed to complete your order: freight forwarders and shipping lines, third party inspection agencies you have nominated, and banks and customs authorities where the transaction requires it. We do not sell or rent contact details to anybody.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiry correspondence is kept while a commercial relationship is live and afterwards for as long as our accounting and export record obligations require.

This website does not set cookies and does not run analytics or tracking scripts. WhatsApp and any email service you use have their own privacy terms which are outside our control.
