We are a manufacturer. Our factory in Tianjin has more than twenty years of professional production experience and we hold independent export qualifications, so the goods and the export documents come from the same company.
All three physical forms are supplied at 99.0% NaOH minimum with carbonate at 0.5% maximum. Flakes are held to 0.03% maximum chlorides and 0.005% maximum iron, and pearls and solid to 0.05% maximum on both.
The standard is a 25 kg bag with dry sealed multi layer construction. Jumbo bags are available for flakes and customised packaging and labels are accepted.
Flakes ship within 7 to 10 days after order confirmation. Pearls ship within 15 to 20 days after order confirmation. High season and inspection bookings can move these dates, so we confirm the exact window when we quote.
Yes. Export products are checked by quality inspection agencies such as SGS CIQ and INTERTEK. Tell us which agency you want and at which point you want the check carried out.
We ship by sea or by railway depending on availability to your destination. Send us the destination port or the inland delivery point and we will confirm the routing with the quotation.
