Up to 20,000 test records are stored. The system retains the time, date, result, and identity of each test.
Can the alarm point be changed after delivery?
It is set at the service centre rather than by the user. Tell us the destination market at order time and the units arrive configured.
What is included with each unit?
The terminal, power supply, mounting hardware, and a set of initial face enrollment instructions. Ongoing support and software updates are provided on request.
How is the test record retrieved during an investigation?
