What This Range Is For

Where This Range Earns Its Place

Problems it solves

  • Semiconductor testers drift after a few hundred blows and most cannot be recalibrated at all
  • False positives from solvents smoke and fuel vapour turn a gate check into an argument
  • A fixed alarm threshold does not match the legal limit in every market
  • Instruments with no stated recalibration interval cannot be defended at audit
  • Menu driven instruments get used incorrectly when a queue is waiting

Who Buys This Range

  • Fleet depots issuing keys to drivers at shift start
  • Mine and construction site gates screening hundreds of arrivals in one hour
  • Occupational health providers running contract testing across client sites
  • Traffic police and road safety units screening at the roadside
  • Distributors stocking a fuel cell handheld line

Where It Gets Used

  • Depot gate at 05:00 with forty drivers arriving inside twenty minutes
  • Roadside checkpoint at night where the operator has one free hand
  • Random workplace testing under a published alcohol and drugs policy
  • Contractor induction at a site entrance before a permit is issued
Core Advantages

What You Are Actually Paying For

  • Fuel cell sensor selective to ethanol rather than to any reducing gas
  • Accuracy of +/-0.005 percent at 0.05 percent BAC on the published specification
  • Result in under 10 seconds with a repeat test possible inside 60 seconds
  • Alarm point preset at the service centre to 0.02 0.05 or 0.08 percent
  • Recalibration interval stated as 500 tests or 1 year rather than left open
  • Runs on two AAA cells so a remote gate house needs no charging point
FAQ

Questions Buyers Ask Before Ordering

Which model should I start with?
The ALC-213 if you are screening at a gate or depot and want the full published specification on paper. The ALC-215 if your operators work at roadside checkpoints. The ALC-213Pro is the same specification in a different housing, which matters mainly to distributors carrying two variants.
How many tests before recalibration?
500 tests or 12 months, whichever comes first. Plan the interval against your daily volume, because a busy gate reaches 500 tests faster than a year.
Can the alarm point be changed after delivery?
It is set at the service centre rather than by the user, so tell us the destination market at order time and the units arrive configured.
What is included with each unit?
Five mouthpieces are included. Ongoing mouthpiece supply is quoted separately against your expected test volume.
Do you supply distributors?
Yes. Send your market and expected annual volume to [email protected] and we will confirm terms in writing.
What is the lead time and minimum order?
Both are confirmed per order because they depend on alarm point configuration and any branding. Ask when you request a quote.
