Identify the part
Archive photographs, recorded alternate numbers and application notes are checked against your list before anything is quoted.
Confirm by sample
Where a number is ambiguous, a sample or a dimensioned photograph settles flange pattern, drain position and sensor boss before tooling time is booked.
Select the process
Stamped steel or cast aluminum, drawn, die cast, sand cast or gravity cast, according to what the original part is.
Produce
Scheduled against the stated annual oil pan capacity of 500,000 pieces.
Inspect
Checked under the quality systems recorded on the original site, ISO 9001 and TS 16949.
Pack and mark
Carton specification, labelling and marking agreed per programme.
Ship
Consolidated so long-tail references travel with the volume lines.
Outcome
