Send what you have
A physical sample, a drawing, a 3D file or a clear dimensioned photograph. A sample is enough on its own.
Review
Wall section, draft, flange flatness and machining allowance are reviewed against the casting method proposed.
Choose the method
Die casting, sand casting or gravity casting, depending on volume, wall section and surface requirement.
Tooling
Tooling built to the agreed method. Tooling cost, lead time and ownership are agreed in writing before work starts.
First article
A first sample is produced and measured against the reference before any series run.
Series production
Released only after the first article is signed off.
Finishing
Chrome plating and vacuum metallization are listed among the processes available where the part calls for them.
Delivery
Packed to the specification agreed for the programme.
Outcome
A part that did not exist in the catalogue, produced from what you already have on the bench.
