Our engineers develop two to three new items a month and the factory runs its own moulding and hardware workshops, which is what makes a drawing buildable rather than merely quotable.

Custom sizing is available across most of this range. Send the dimension you need rather than picking the nearest catalogue size and hoping.
Finish boards that do not survive production
Copper, brass plating, chrome, black and gold are all in current production here. Ask for a finish sample against your board before the run.
Being quoted by a trading company
We are the factory, with our own moulding workshop, hardware workshop and producing workshop, so a technical question gets a technical answer rather than a forwarded email.
No documentation for the specification package
Every product page publishes lamp base, input voltage, colour temperature options, CRI where we have it, rated lifespan and size, which is most of what a specification sheet needs.

From Enquiry To Repeat Supply
Send the drawing or the reference
A dimensioned drawing is ideal. A photograph with a target size works. Say what the fixture has to do in the room, not only what it has to look like.
Engineering feedback
Where the drawing will not build safely at that size, we say so and propose the change rather than quoting it and failing later.
Sample
7 to 10 days on a sample order; longer where new tooling is genuinely needed, and we will tell you which case you are in.
Production
45 to 60 days for a new order, with a QC photo report before shipment.
The item number is yours
The model stays on file under its item number, so a phase two or a replacement matches.

Do you charge for custom tooling?
It depends on what the change is. A size or finish change on an existing model usually does not need new tooling. A new shape does. We will tell you which before you commit.
Can you work from a photograph of someone else's product?
We will not copy a protected design. We will happily use it as a starting point and build something to your own drawing.
What is the lead time on a custom fixture?
Treat it as a new order, so 45 to 60 days, plus sample time before that.
What certifications can you provide?
Products in the range hold CE, BS, RoHS, VDE, SASO, ETL, UL and SAA marks, and our factories operate in accordance with ISO 9001. Ask for the certificate covering the specific model, because it is per product rather than blanket.
