Customisation here is not a sales word. We are the factory and we run our own moulding workshop, hardware workshop and producing workshop, so a change to a size, a finish, a lamp base or a shape is a production decision rather than a negotiation with a third party.

Most catalogues force a choice between a standard product that is nearly right and a bespoke project that is unaffordable. The middle ground, which is where almost every real order sits, is an existing model changed in one or two dimensions: a longer drop for a stairwell, a different metal finish to match ironmongery, a lamp base that suits the local market, a shade diameter that fits an actual table. That middle ground is cheap if the factory owns its own tooling and expensive if it does not.

How It Works Step By Step
Send what you have
A dimensioned drawing, a photograph with a target size, or a catalogue item number plus the changes you want. All three are workable starting points.
Engineering review
Our engineers have 10 years of experience and fluent English, and develop two to three new items every month. They will tell you what the change costs, what it does to the lead time, and where it will not work.
Quotation against the change
Priced against the change, not restarted from zero, where an existing model is the base.
Sample
A sample order runs 7 to 10 days on an existing model. A genuinely new shape takes longer and we will say so rather than promising the catalogue number.
Production
45 to 60 days for a new order, with a dedicated QC and a photo inspection report before shipment.
The model goes on file
Your version gets its own item number. Repeat orders run 30 to 45 days against it.

Is there a minimum order for a custom product?
It depends on whether new tooling is needed. A finish or size change on an existing model can often be done at low volume. A new mould needs enough units to justify it, and we will quote that honestly.
Who owns the design?
If you bring the drawing, you do. Ask us to confirm it in writing on the quotation and we will.
Can you private label the packaging?
Yes. OEM and ODM customisation covers the carton as well as the product.
Will you copy a competitor's fixture?
No. We will build to your own drawing, and we will use a reference image as a starting point for an original design.
