Almost every expensive lighting mistake is a decision made from a photograph. A sample is the cheapest insurance in this business, and our MOQ policy is built around that: one piece is available for sample checking, and trial orders are welcome.

Why Buyers Come To Us For This
Photographs lie about three things in particular. Scale, because a pendant photographed alone has no reference object. Finish, because gold, brass and copper all render as a similar warm yellow on a screen. And light quality, because no product photograph shows you what 3000K actually does to the wall behind the fixture. Those three are exactly what a customer complains about after installation, and all three are answered by holding the fixture.

Do I pay for the sample?
Yes, samples are charged. Ask about the sample cost being credited against a production order and we will tell you what is possible on that model.
How long does a sample take?
7 to 10 days for a sample order, plus courier time to your country.
Can I sample five models at once?
Yes, and it is usually smarter than sampling one at a time, because courier cost per unit drops sharply.
Will the production run match the sample?
That is what the photo inspection report before shipment is for. A dedicated QC inspects your actual order and sends you the photographs before it leaves.
