Why Photographic Inspection, Specifically
Decorative lighting fails in ways a packing list cannot show. Plating varies between batches. Glass carries inclusions that only appear when the lamp is lit. A crystal set arrives with one piece in a different tone. Stone is never identical twice. None of that is visible in a line item, which is why the inspection is photographic and why it happens before the container is sealed rather than after it lands.
Certification
We operate our factories in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards. Products in our range hold CE, BS, RoHS, VDE, SASO, ETL, UL and SAA marks, and our QC staff each have over five years of experience and work to make sure products meet 3C, UL and CE standards.

Five Stages, Each With Something To Show For It
Incoming material
Our QC staff each have over five years of experience and work to make sure products meet 3C, UL and CE standards.
In process
Our QC team works on the production floor during the run rather than only at the end of it, which is where a plating drift or a glass inclusion is caught while it is still cheap.
Assembly and electrical
Fixtures are built for 90 to 260V or 85 to 265V input depending on the model, and are checked against the specification they were sold on.
Pre-shipment inspection

Packaging
Our packaging has passed the e-commerce drop test, which is what makes single-carton parcel shipping survivable.
What Comes Back To You Before Shipment
- A photo inspection report on the goods you actually ordered, not a catalogue image
- Confirmation of the finish across the batch, which is where plated and painted metal drifts
- On natural stone and crystal, the actual pieces photographed so variation can be accepted or rejected in China

Six years. Inside the warranty period we offer three remedies depending on the situation: supplementary accessories, return and exchange, or refund.

Travertine, alabaster, marble and hand made glass vary between pieces as a matter of course. Order a matched set inside one production run, tell us the pieces hang together, and review the pre-shipment photographs of your actual goods.
