The moment to find a problem is while the goods are still in Zhongshan. We run our own quality control department with a professional QC team on the production floor, and every order gets a dedicated QC who inspects it and sends you a photo inspection report before shipment.

Decorative lighting fails in ways that a spot check misses. Plating varies between batches. Glass has inclusions that only show when the lamp is lit. Crystal sets arrive with one piece in a different tone. Stone is never identical twice. None of that is visible on a packing list, which is why the inspection is photographic and why it happens before the container is sealed rather than after it lands.

How It Works Step By Step
Incoming material
Our QC staff each have over five years of experience and work to make sure products meet 3C, UL and CE standards.
In-process checks
The QC team works on the production floor during production rather than only at the end of it.
Assembly and electrical
Fixtures are built for 90 to 260V or 85 to 265V input depending on the model, and are checked against the specification they were sold on.
Pre-shipment inspection
A dedicated QC inspects the goods you ordered and shares a photo inspection report with you before shipment.
Packaging verification
Our packaging has passed the e-commerce drop test, which is a harder test than pallet freight and is what makes parcel shipping survivable.

Quality Control And Inspection Questions
Which certifications do your products hold?
Products in our range hold CE, BS, RoHS, VDE, SASO, ETL, UL and SAA marks, and we operate our factories in strict accordance with ISO 9001 standards. The marks are held per product, so ask for the certificate covering the model you are buying rather than assuming it covers everything.
Can I send my own inspector?
Yes. Tell us at the order stage so the inspection can be scheduled against the production date.
What happens if something is wrong on arrival?
Six year warranty, with three remedies depending on what happened: supplementary accessories, return and exchange, or refund.
Do you test the electrical components?
Our QC works to 3C, UL and CE standards. For a specific test report on a specific model, ask, and we will tell you what exists rather than describing a test we did not run.
