What do you need from me to start?
Void dimensions, ceiling construction, the viewing positions that matter, and how the fixture will be accessed for cleaning. A dimensioned drawing is ideal; a photograph with measurements works.
How long does a custom chandelier take?
Treat it as a new order, so 45 to 60 days, with sampling or prototyping before that. We will give you a real programme rather than the catalogue number.
Is there a minimum value?
It depends on whether new tooling is required. Ask early and we will tell you honestly.
Who owns the design?
If you bring the drawing, you do. We will confirm that in writing on the quotation.
